Handmade crossbody bag made from an vintage wool blanket that was no longer in a condition to be used as a blanket but was excellent for repurposing into cute bags!
The black & white floral fabric on the front flap is a vintage cotton fabric - so darling! The interior fabric is a modern black & white polka dot fabric designed by Kaffe Fassett.
This bag can be worn crossbody or around the waist (like a belt bag or a fanny pack).
There is one main compartment on this bag with one zippered pocket inside this compartment. There is another zippered pocket on the backside of the bag. The strap is made from cotton webbing & is extendable from 22 inches to 41 inches.
I paired antique brass hardware as a nod to the vintage materials used in this bag. Bag body measurements are: 10 inches wide, 7 inches tall & there are gussets towards the base of the bag to allow it to expand up to 2 inches in depth (holding your wallet, phone, etc).
Please note that because the bag was made with some vintage materials there may be very slight imperfections simply due to the age & prior use. Any imperfections add to the character of the piece!
